2. No Refund Policy

Once services are rendered, Busineslisting.com follows a No Refund Policy. Services may be extended as per mutual agreement but no refunds will be provided once work is initiated.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and legally owned content, including text, images, and business details. By submitting this information, the client guarantees that they hold the legal copyright for all content provided. Busineslisting.com is not responsible for any claims or suspensions resulting from the content provided by the client.

4. Service Commencement

Work will begin only after clearance of payment via cheque, pay order, or other agreed-upon methods. Busineslisting.com reserves the right to pause or delay services if payment is not received.

5. Business Navigation Page Access

Busineslisting.com is not liable for any future issues, charges, or access restrictions related to business navigation pages created by the client. If the client loses access to their business page or if the business option is no longer available, Busineslisting.com will not be held responsible.

6. Service Completion Timeline

Services will be completed within 15-30 days from the start date, as mentioned in the agreement or proforma. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. No Claims After Work Commences

Once services have begun, the client agrees that no claims or refund requests will be entertained unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

8. Payments & Taxation

All payments to Busineslisting.com are governed by an advertising contract under the applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) guidelines as per Section 194.

9. Consent for Commercial Calls

By engaging in a contract with Busineslisting.com, the client provides consent for receiving commercial calls to their registered phone numbers, even if those numbers are listed on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) list.

10. Cheque Payment

All cheques must be made payable to Busineslisting.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

Busineslisting.com is committed to providing the services outlined in the proforma and/or contract. However, Busineslisting.com will not be held liable for any business profile suspensions, claims by third parties, or issues outside of our control, including changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Google).

12. Address and Contact Information Changes

Busineslisting.com is not responsible for any issues arising from the change of company address or phone numbers. If the client’s phone number is deleted or modified by Google or another platform, Busineslisting.com cannot be held liable. Clients are responsible for notifying Busineslisting.com of any changes in their business contact details.

13. Ranking Changes Due to Google Algorithm

Busineslisting.com does not guarantee the ranking or position of any business listing on Google. Rankings may fluctuate due to Google algorithm updates or other factors beyond our control. Clients should be aware that ranking changes are a natural part of SEO processes and can impact visibility.

14. No Guarantee of Leads or Business

While Busineslisting.com aims to enhance business visibility, we do not guarantee any leads, commitments, or assured business results. Business success depends on various factors, including market conditions, competition, client engagement, and third-party platforms.

15. Acknowledgment of Terms

By entering into an agreement with Busineslisting.com, the client acknowledges that they have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as presented in the proforma and on the website. The client agrees to abide by these terms before entering into any contract.

16. Website Renewal & Data Loss Disclaimer

If the website renewal was not completed in the past year, Busineslisting.com is not responsible for any data loss. We recommend clients regularly backup their data to prevent data loss. Busineslisting.com is not responsible for data recovery or issues due to expired or unrenewed services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their website and associated services are renewed on time.

17. Modifications to Terms

Busineslisting.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The client is advised to review these terms regularly for any changes.
